  : Parking,no hand towels even after we requested them also the small packaged soap, barely take a shower with them and they looked like used soap bars.

  : The pool area was nice. The beds were a good firmness.
  : The room was filled with dog and other hair. The floor was covered with sand. The fire alarm went off at 12:45a, and we were outside for an hour. No compensation or even a sorry was given.

  : Renovation was nice. Price was to high.
  : I requested a quiet room when I reserved the room. I was in room 410, and at 1:30 am I finally called the front desk about a bunch of girls in 411 screaming and talking extremely loud. Called again at 4:30 am. Got very little sleep. Staff came and knocked on their door both times. The next day I asked the front desk what the hotels policy was on noise at night. The staff said first a warning, second is eviction. Well that didn't happen I said. They offered to move me, I told the staff to move them. The second night, had to call front desk again at 1:30 am. Was attending multiple events throughout the weekend, and was falling asleep at them. Paid over $500 for 3 nights. I expect to be able to sleep at a hotel, at night. I'm guessing I've stayed at this hotel 20 nights over the last couple of years. Not any more. Also ask before making reservations if they have an event booked on top floor involving a band or DJ. Party DJ vibrated the top 3 floors till midnight. I had also requested a quiet room, always do. Called the manager several times, never answered my calls, never returned calls. Good bye Fenwick inn.
