  : I did not like that that you had to bring your own toilet paper and bathroom supplies. I guess this was my first time experiencing that because Im used to hotels. Were they give you towels, toilet paper soap

  : The property doesn't offer the expected oceanic vibes or ambiance, largely due to the extremely dim lighting that seems to go back to the 18th century. The carpet is old, accompanied by a grimy floor. The toilet is broken , the toilet keeps running and the towel rack is broken. Also, the air conditioning unit produces a significant amount of noise when on max. It is also noteworthy that there are no bathroom rugs available. Considering these conditions, paying $1523 for a two-night stay does not seem fait .

  : Location was awesome and super convenient! Enough room for all 9 of us. We had an amazing time!
  : Space was mostly clean just old and semi outdated. AC works but it does get hot in there considering the penthouse is on the top floor. The listing states that there are two pullout couches but you cannot use both with the way the living room is set up. Bedroom with 4 beds states that it has 2 twin beds but it only had one twin and the second was a couch, it worked for us but was not an actual bed.

The photos showcased a pristine and well-maintained space, while the reality I encountered upon arrival was shockingly different. The condition of the room was abhorrent, with stains on the furniture, unkempt linens, and noticeable signs of inadequate cleanliness. It is unacceptable that such a significant gap existed between the advertised quality and the actual state of the accommodations.Furthermore, the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards fell well below expectations, making the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. As a paying customer who trusted the information presented on your platform, I feel utterly let down and deceived. This experience has tarnished the reputation of both the property and Booking.com in my eyes, i.e., a platform I have previously relied upon for reliable bookings.In light of these substantial issues, I kindly request immediate resolution to rectify this unfortunate situation. I believe that a full refund for the reservation or, alternatively, appropriate compensation for the dissatisfaction incurred is fair and necessary.
