  : Ocean front. Even with bad weather we enjoyed the ocean from our balcony.
  : I was assigned a room on the second floor which was right under the restaurant. The smoking from the restaurant didn't help with me having kids in the room. So less time was spent at the balcony.

  : The room was a good size. The pillows and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. You are literally a couple of steps from the boardwalk so it was really convenient for a family with children.
  : The bathroom vent didn't work so the walls was dripping with condensation after a hot shower. The door to the bathroom was broken so you couldn't lock the door. There was rust on the bathroom ceiling and it was small. The chairs on the balcony were unsteady due to broken legs. Parking was not the greatest. Guests were only allowed to have 1 car yet some guest came with 3 and they parked in the lot even without a tag. Lobby was also small so it was congested several times a day. Also the lighting was horrible. The room had 2 lamps which one didn't turn off so we had to unplug it. The only ceiling light was when you first walk in and bathroom. Even though some of these dislikes seem to be an issue to some we will still stay here again. Please keep in mind the more in your family the more you pay. So for 2 adults and 3 children we had to pay $377 a day which is alot.

  : Horrible small throughout the hotel that l had an allergic reaction to. Stains on carpet, blood, or something like it on balcony curtain, bathroom sink, and tub. The Doorjam/lip to go on the balcony was too high. I tripped over it every time. AC would only go as low as 69, and when it ran, it was super loud. Not sufficient parking. Only 2 handicapped parking spaces for the entire hotel. My spouse is in a wheelchair and we were not able to get a handicapped spot. Parking spaces were too close together.Not able to understand staff when they spoke and they were not accommodating. We had prepaid for 3 nights. When we told them of the issues tgey REFUSED to return our money for the 2 nights we didn't stay.

  : We loved the location. You’re close to everything. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean with modern updates.
  : The scent in the hallways and elevator is overpowering and unpleasant. The pool is small with too much chlorine.

  : Lobby smells like smoke and musty. Ceiling tiles in bathroom stained and nasty. Stain on carpet in bedroom. Very limited parking in the lot in front of hotel, had to drive a block away and leave my car.

  : Clean rooms, friendly staff, close access to the beach, and the boardwalk.
  : We experienced a problem with bathroom toilet not flushing, getting clogged and leaking. Toilet was very low to the floor. Smoking outside which didn’t allow for us to sit comfortably on the balcony. Air conditioner very loud which interrupted sleep.
