  : The situation overlooking the road with no double glazing meant that it is noisy. It smelled of cigarette smoke (not the bedclothes thank goodness). The bathroom needs a lot of work (toilet leaked even though repairs had been attempted). Everything needs a lot of TLC. Only stayed there (just 1 night) because everywhere else was sold out. Very expensive for such a bad experience.

  : The setup of the cabin was nice.
  : We had to drive 3 miles to get to our off property cabin, which was never advertised. And if we wanted to get in the pool we had to drive 3 miles back to the main facility. The cleanliness was questionable. There was a pile of hair in the corner of the shower. Spider webs in the shower, light fixtures, and on the walls. Ants were EVERYWHERE! The whole time we were there we did not have WiFi which means that we could not watch TV or movies (advertised>>>premium TV channels) and no cell phone/smartphone access. We continuously asked them to fix the WiFi and for the first 2 days they said they would but ended up fixing the WiFi in the cabin next door. They then told us to go to the other cabin to watch TV and go back to our cabin to sleep. We chose not to go between the 2 cabins in the pitch black of night. There were not enough trash bags, towels, or toilet paper and we needed ant spray. We asked for all items repeatedly and never received them. When we finally went to the main facility to get the items we needed we once again spoke to Gill (the main person in charge) and expressed our dissatisfaction on the whole experience. He then said it was our misunderstanding that he told us to stay in the second cabin not just watch TV there, which was a lie. And all the things we needed should have been taken from the second cabin. I explained I was not going to rummage through the second cabin when that was their job to furnish our needs. THEY ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS! I told him I was going to report his facility to BOOKING.COM and he told me "Go ahead and do what you want to do. I don't care. They won't do anything!"

  : Everything. The place was a mess. Not clean. Broken window screens. Broken light fixtures. There was a bat on a fly catcher. Kitchen was dirty. Toilets were leaking.
