  : The shower.
  : We pulled the sheets back to get ready for bed and noticed that there was sand all in the bed. Also a big hair ball on the cover inside. You could tell that the sheets had not been changed. I did not like that we had to go the Prince Resort to check-in and then to The Towers. I didn't realize this until the morning we were to arrive until I received an email from The Towers.

  : I can always count on a very clean room here everytime for the beach.
  : The check-in at the Prince Resort was a bit of a pain. Parking to go in one place, up to a lobby, then out o drive down to another and find park again, just a bit annoying. The staff was super friendly though at the Prince Reaort and very helpful. How the check-in is set up is not their fault.

  : No Ocean view as I thought we were getting.Tv did not work with faulty remote. Microwave only worked on popcorn mode. Found that out late in the night when we were going to eat in room. To check in, which we could not do online, we had to go 2 miles away after I went in the destination to check ìn. Told to go somewhere else then come back to the towers without a room attach to our key. Horrible experience and disappeared. Should receive a full refund.

  : The location and the. Front Desk guy Woody at the Prince location was cool asf 5 star to him for Customer Service
  : I didn’t like not be notified of an entry into my hotel rm. I understand it was an emergency ( leak) but maintenance left the bathroom trashed. I picked up what he left behind. In a case like this a door hang tag could’ve been left acknowledging someone entered the room or an email notification. Also the sliding door was hard to secure the teeth latch was stuck and not connecting.And on my check out morning I went to use the microwave and it had food splatter in it. All this left a sour taste in my mouth after enjoying my stay with family. I work in the Security field and must say a chain latch is outdated for most hotels.
