  : I booked a room thru booking.com that was suppose to be an ocean front with balcony. When I arrived they gave me street side with not even an ocean view with no balcony at all. With much discussion at the check in they refunded my money and I left. I will never book a room again with booking.com as it is totally untrustworthy!! I will never return to this hotel.

  : We loved the location, pools, hot tubs, and mini bar.
  : Tried to call the front desk (at different times of the day/evening) ...several times, but there was never any answer. We were out of toilet paper for a whole day, so I texted the hotel customer service number. I was told that morning that housekeeping would bring us toilet paper... we never got it. We had to walk all the way back to the front office, after hours, and a security guard was nice enough to give us a roll. The toilet handle was broken, and the toilet rarely ever flushed correctly. I made the front desk aware of this shortly after arriving in the room on our first day. They stated they would have someone come check it... no one ever did. We weren't offered an apology, a choice to switch rooms or anything. Our room was very musky-smelling, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

  : The access to the beach was wonderful. There we great shopping opportunities close by as well.
  : The windows leaked during the rain. The staff was understanding and supplied us with towels and offered to have someone to help clean up but we handled it ourselves pretty easily.

  : I've stayed here many times, love the location, and convenience to walk to Murphys! Love that it's oceanfront! Super friendly staff! Everyone says hey or good morning/afternoon!!
  : A few things could be updated, like our toilet and tub. The toilet didn't want to flush well, but we made it work! Lol. The tub had already been repaired on the floor of it, but it is starting to crack again. It didn't prevent us from showering!

  : Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There was urine at the base of the toilet from the previous tenant.

  : Our room wasnt very clean at check in. Counters werent wiped off and the bath tubs werent clean. Several big roaches also found crawling in the living room area.
