  : Bonus points for the location, minus a few for the slightly temperamental grill situation. It did not light up properly. No biggie. Location made up for it!

  : The property was clean and bigger than what my group expected from the photos. The rooms were comfortable for four group. We stayed in the bottom unit.
  : Security Deposit: It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any communication from the owner regarding the deposit return, despite multiple attempts to reach out. Note that the deposit was not shown as a hold but as an actual completed transaction a few days before our arrival.Packages: During our stay, a lot of packages were delivered and left right at the front door without any notice or heads-up from the owner. This was somewhat inconvenient, as we would have to moved them inside if we arrived late and coordinated with the owner. These were big delivers, such as mirrors etc Bikes and Oven: The bikes were in poor condition and unusable. Additionally, the oven does not close properly. These are small issues, but they affected our overall experience.

  : Great location. Great price.
  : The floors were awful. Very old and needed to be replaced. Many parts of the floor were coming up and it made it difficult to sweep as we were instructed to do before leaving. The oven was broken, as in it worked, but would not close. We needed to prop a chair against it so my grandson wouldnt touch it . Had we known ahead of time we wouldnt have used it. The outlets also needed to be replacedthere was a metal prong stuck in it. Minor inconveniences and some safety hazards too. The host was very accommodating, the location was fantastic, overall, we enjoyed our stay, just an fyi on things that could be upgraded and or fixed for the next guest.
