  : The house was overall clean minus the carpet. A little outdated but very cute. The view from the patio was just beautiful. The air was super breezy. It was just perfect to sit outside at the table and have a bite to eat or hang out during any time. The kitchen was fully stocked of equipment and dishes. There was so many gadgets, pots, pans, everything. I dont even think you could be missing anything in this kitchen that you may need. Very well done. It was also helpful to be provided dish soap, sponge, and trash bags. Nice final touch. The price was good for this place. The location was ideal for us. Right by the beach and all the exploring or attractions we did down the street from us. Very quite respectable neighborhood. My girls really loved the house and asked if we could move there :)
  : The carpet definitely needs to be pulled out. It had a very dirty feel to it. Saw on other reviews about carpet but thought by our stay the carpet would be issued. I would say no it wasn't. We ended up using our slippers/socks during our stay because the carpet just felt unclean. We knew the house had no ac. There was plenty of fans but it was still not cool enough. It could have been cooler if the all the windows in living room were able to open and not permanently closed shut. We are from South Texas and used to heat. But still wasn't prepared for the heat in this house. It was unbearable at times. We did hang outside alot on the Beautiful patio with the fresh breeze but we also wanted to relax and lay down after long days and this made it a challenge. The tub/shower has an issue with draining. After one shower it fills up to your ankles. We are a family of 6 taking showers after another. So by the time the last one went the tub was about half way full of people's left over water. Also ice despenser and water do not work from fridge.

  : The location was great!! You could walk to beach, dinner, and grocery stores!! We were able to use the dock with our own kayak we brought. The kitchen was well equipped and although 1 bathroom there was a a combo tub and shower.. perfect for adults and baths for the kiddos!! Fans and windows open was enough to keep it cool.
  : I knew from the reviews that the place wasnt up to date. That was okay it was an old fashioned beach bungalow. What bothered me was the Stench of marijuana from the previous guests!! I had my two grand girls with me and the odor was not pleasant. The odor stuck in the carpet and took 3 days to dissipate. Also there is no person to talk to with Vacasa. I left a bag there and couldnt confirm whether they had it or not I had to drive all the way back. Even though the housekeeper had texted Vacasa no one ever texted me. I liked the little house but due to the impersonal experience and automatically generated emails I would not book through Vacasa again.

  : The location and value of the property was was made our trip stellar! We loved spending time on the patio, using the dock to go out on our paddleboards and rode bikes from the house to the beach / bars / restaurants / pier / etc! You can't beat this location or the price! (We brought our own paddleboards and rented bikes - these are not offered through the property).
  : We were sent the wrong lockbox / check-in instructions - probably because we booked about 3-4 months in advance and the locks had been changed since then. Hosts were extremely responsive and didn't take long to get updated lockbox combo. This is an older property that could use a little TLC - (such as a few cracked tiles in bathroom, a few cracks in the wall, no extra liners for trash cans) - but it didn't bother us...we had a fabulous time and are already looking at our calendar to stay again!

  : It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice. The back patio was beautiful! Great place for a quick trip to Disneyland!
  : The parking space was very small, we had to park a mile up the road. It was ok I just wish it would have been explained in the descriptions. Also, the portch light from the neighbors door was so bright at night it shines right into the king room. I couldn't sleep because of this. The room looked like daylight all night. There should be black out blinds!
