  : That we were upgrade when telling staff about problems we experienced. The WiFi worked well.
  : The first room that we were given was not cleaned at app. We walked in to find a half eaten cookie on the floor, hair of all lengths and colors all over the comforter, sheets, fitted sheet, and mattress. There was a stain on the fitted sheet, clumps of dirt and hair were found in a corner of the room, a toenail, yes a TOENAIL was found on the nightstand, and there were more cookies, dirt, and trash found under the bed. When upgraded, the towels provided had black marks on them, the tv didn’t work until we messed with the settings, the staff did not seem very apologetic about our horrible first room, just handed us a new key. When no one was at the front desk, there was not a way to notify them that someone was waiting.d so we often waited 5-10 minutes for someone to realize we were there.

  : It was a spacious room. Thank God I was only there for a few days.
  : Dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty drawers, dirty walls and counters. Make sure you have some sandals to walk around your room. They do not change your sheets or garbage which is kind of understandable I guess for the times.

  : The 1st room the bathroom toilet wasn’t working very well. It took forever for someone to answer the phone at front desk to let them know what was going on. It took them 2 1/2 hours before they came and gave us a plunger so we can we could unstop the toilet. Then finally gave us another room. Then the keys wouldn’t let us in the room on numerous times. Elevator was on its last leg..... needs service.

  : It was wonderful it would’ve been excellent due to no breakfast cause of COVID-19 but overall it was wonderful pray I get to come back again

  : I liked that the property was close to Canal st and we were able to walk to pretty much any location we were going.
  : The rooms were dirty. The beds were loud and uncomfortable. The housekeeping was loud as well

  : It was close to the area I wanted to be in.
  : I arrived in the evening during a roadtrip which passed through New Orleans. Upon entering to check in, there was no one at the front desk to help me for over 15 min. Confused and tired I waited and called out to any staff that might be able to help. There were others who arrived that ended up also waiting.After I was finally helped, the front office person didn’t seem to notice that he’d been gone for a long time. No apology was give and I was given my room key as if I was an inconvenience. But then I get into the room it turned out that it wasn’t the room I expected as it was a single bed when I booked for a double bed. I returned to the front desk to let them know I had paid for a two bed room and was put into another room on the first floor. However, when I got up to the door of my new room, the door was slightly opened! And the hallway carpet was soaked halfway down the hall. Once I knocked to see if anyone was in my room, which seemed incredibly unsafe, I found a huge puddle in the middle of the floor and the beds looked unkept. After contemplating my next move, I called the front desk again to let them know my situation considering that I didn’t know who had been in my room and where the water was coming from. But as I called, no one answered, and I ended up going to the front desk in person only to find it empty again! I then went back to my room to continue to phone guest services because I was tired of walking back and forth. At this point I was tired and annoyed.Finally guest services answers and after I explained my situation and my feelings towards it, I was told that it’s normal and that sometimes the housekeepers would leave the door open on the way out. He said he’d place us in a different room, AGAIN, still without apologizing. The new room I was placed in was not clean at all, dust was everywhere and the floors were dirty. And hair was on the toilet seat.Considering what I paid for the night, this experience shouldn’t be happening.

  : The rooms weren’t clean we had to move to 3 different ones. There was hair on the bed and didn’t feel clean. The floor was nasty .

  : Good location. Valet is quick to getting your car back.
  : I wish there would have been an email or something explaining that we were only given two pillows for the whole bed and needed to bring our own bed blanket. Door on the shower was broken and nearly fell of the hinges. Upon arrival was not greeted with proper customer service and when asked if I was going to use valet or self service to park the car I was given a very sarcastic and rude response. Felt as if I was an issue towards the staff member and not at all respected.

  : the staff was WONDERFUL! They went above & beyond given the awful circumstances of the hotel itself.
  : Our room was 3 1/2 hours late to being ready, when we walked in the shower didn’t work at all (shower head wouldn’t turn on), the bathroom doorknob fell off, the walls are paper thin & you can hear everything on your ENTIRE floor, the ice machine was directly outside of our door & you can hear people at all hours of the night using it. Regardless of the fact that we paid for a nicer room, we still were given their standard room. We were so upset with our stay here that it effected our entire vacation. We take a vacation once a month & I don’t remember the last time we were this disappointed in a hotel.
