  : Location, it's about 3 blocks from the street car so it made public transportation accessible. The staff was very friendly. I left my phone in the car and only realized it after valet had come and picked it up. They ended up bringing my phone to me.
  : The tub would not drain, asked for it to be fixed 3 times and it never was. On 2 different days housekeeping did not come, I like fresh washcloths every day and you only get 2 to start with.

  : This is a 2.5 star hotel. If you are good with that, book it, and honestly, if I had booked a hotel with that star rating, I would've given probably tens, but this hotel is nowhere near a 4-star or even 3-star.Dirty floors, broken elevator, bad bathrooms

  : Staff was very nice at check in and out. Advised us on parking and a few other topics. The room was very spacious and the decor was nice. Hard floors in the room, no carpet.
  : So the shower has very good water pressure but the hot water is VERY inconsistent. It's either blisteringly hot or cold. Taking a comfortable shower was a chore. Also, the floors could use a decent cleaning. They were a little dirtier than should be.

  : We loved the location. The front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating.
  : The AC didn’t work in our first room so the lovely lady at the front changed our room where it was cooler but we still slept hot. Recommend better AC upgrades for the rooms.

  : When we arrived to the hotel to check in after a long late evening flight, we were surprised to find that there was no room available despite of us making this reservation far in advance! The property manager said that there were some "plumbing issues" with the room and they were unable to accommodate us, so we were offered a stay at a completely different hotel. A heads up on the issue earlier during the day would have been appreciated so we could decide whether to cancel and get a room on a hotel of our liking. After being promised that the new hotel we would be staying at was in a better location and had room with nice view and overall a better facility, we were shocked to find a dirty toilet, bathroom and bed linens in our new room at The Rubenstein hotel in a room with no windows whatsoever and very poor service from the lobby personnel. Overall, would not recommend booking with Magnolia hotel.

  : The hotel was in construction, and there was a lot of noise during construction. My room had to be changed because of a mildew smell. It didn't have a place to lounge, nor was it able to accommodate my needs. The continental breakfast was awful. The coffee was bad. The restaurant was out of commission.
