  : For days now there has been loud constant banging, it starts at 8.am and ends after 4pm. It goes on all day long. One of the workers had a code to our door and walked in. I asked to get a new door code and they ignored me.  They are doing extensive construction above us, we have photos. They have done nothing to fix this problem we should have been informed about this construction before checking in. I have text messages from them about the constant banging all day and they did nothing half the time they ignored us. They also tried to say it was an emergency repair, as you can see from the photos this was an extensive remodeling project going on.. We even tried to get BOOKING.COM to contact them about the noise and to date we haven't heard from either of them, They also had no security for the front door it was constantly open, not that it mattered since a random stranger already walked into our condo so the code is given to anyone. We were coming in one evening and got accosted by 2 men who were sitting in the foyer who we don't even think were staying there. We were afraid to leave our room or return in the evenings. I didn't speak to them when they cat called me and they called me a stuck up B**CH. So many things are broken, and it is dirty in there. The blow dryer and coffee maker are both broken. The outlets in the loft and the kitchen don't work. Also beware with the water or you will burn your skin off.

  : The location was excellent. We were located in the French quarter and in any direction you went was something on our sightseeing list. The atmosphere was great, the property had been nicely maintained considering for how dated it is.
  : The air conditioning in one of our bedrooms was not functioning and the summer heat in N.O is relentless. Thankfully, we had brought a bedside fan. The light in our bedroom would turn on and off spontaneously which was slightly disruptive when sleeping.

  : The shower is very weak, very dificult to wash the hair and the room has mold on the celling, I know it's a old house and had been redecorated just a few years,( It looks very much nicer now) however the maintenance should be more often since it' a old house...

  : Location was great & I felt pretty safe
  : Somethings need upgraded. I was scared to break the sink drawer in the bathroom and my husband and I felt like just rolling over in bed would break it. Some added hooks in the bathroom would be nice for towels. My son is rather tall and he was laughing about how low the bathroom knob is. Would be nice if you could partner with the hotel next door for parking. The lot next door would be perfect!
