  : Location is in the heart of French quarter and almost on the Bourbon street, so if you want to party it’s great. But if you want to sleep it’s not the right place. The room was nice and the courtyard was absolute masterpiece!
  : Wi-Fi didn’t connect and when I asked to fix it I was told that “it will be the first thing in the morning”… but that “morning” never happened.Other annoying thing was the code to enter the building! I ended up being locked inside. And had to change the code 3 times! And the other guests told me that their code also didn’t work well. So it looked like the common problem.

  : way too loud just off bourbon street to get any sleep. key code had to be entered multiple times to get it to work. Had to text and call to get new code. New code same problem.

  : The door to suite needs some attention. Although it has a deadbolt its till flimsy. Safe did not work. Had a plumbing issue at the end

  : The location is in the middle of the quarter. It’s easy to walk anywhere in the quarter.
  : The room was small, dirty, cold, and LOUD. Forget about sleep unless you have earplugs and a noise maker. The keypads to access the hotel are unreliable and guests often had to try multiple times to get inside, so people frequently left the door open and the building is unsecured. Someone was shot and killed right by our hotel just after we left. The WiFi didn’t work half of the time.

  : A lot smaller than expected. The shower was horrible - very very low pressure, and it wasn’t cleaned daily.

  : I liked the location. It was perfect. With the proximity to Bourbon street, it was surprisingly quiet. Loved being able to walk out onto the terrace. Lovely tucked away courtyard.
  : I didn't like that there was no cable service available. You had to connect a streaming service to watch TV. It would have been nice to know ahead of my stay. I also didn't like that there wasn't a chair in the room. With the bed being so high, a chair is needed in the room. One other thing that I didn't like was the mirror in the bathroom. It was the only mirror and it was situated in an awkward position. Parking was a problem. There are no affiliated parking connected with the hotel. Partnering with a parking garage would be a big help.
