  : The room was clean and the location was great.
  : It was advertised as having a kitchen but it did not have the utensils needed to actually cook. The pullout couch was actually a very hard futon and the bed was not very comfortable either. We left a night early even though we paid due to the uncomfortable bed and futon.

  : The only positive aspect of this property was its location in the city. It is conveniently located basically at the heart of the city.
  : First things first, I think Booking.com needs to reevaluate their standards when it comes to listing a property. When discussing with the managers they kept telling me that their property was not a hotel. I was under the impression that I was booking a hotel when I was browsing through your listings.When we arrived, we were not welcomed by anybody or shown to our room since I guess that's how hospitality business works now. I did not mind the patronizing tone of their stupid emails or the lack of any personnel but when we got ready to sleep, we realized that one of the beds we paid for was broken. Not a little shaky, not a little squeaky, down right broken beyond usage. My friend almost injured himself. So, what do I do? Pick up the phone and dial 0? Nope! You can't do that now. In the new age of hospitality business, you are on your own. I called the number they provided for questions and let me tell you this. The people who answer the phone were not even in the same state as me because they asked me what time it was over there where the property was.So, I told them that our bed was broken. They said they need to talk to the property manager to see what they can do. Keep in mind it is 11:30 pm at that moment. They called me back in half an hour only to tell me that the property manager was not in the premises. So, I asked them. What are we supposed to do? They suggested we can check another room to see if that room is okay. They asked us to climb four flights of stairs to find the suggested room. Then just as they were about to tell me the code to the door of that room. They abruptly asked me to check another room. We started going up to the seventh floor. We enter the code and enter the room. Only to find out the extra bed there is also broken beyond usage. They show us another room that had a putrid smell and that was it. The help was over. They said they can't offer anything else so my friend slept on a broken bed and we still paid the full...

  : The smell of the room was horrible, it smelled like mildew. The bed was not comfortable it made a loud noise everytime you moved. This room felt more like a old ran down motel instead of a luxury condo .

  : The room 702 didn't have all the kitchen wear, not enough cups dirty bathroom. The room next to me 701 has bedbugs my friend stayed there. The bad was super uncomfortable and made noises every time I moved. The back patio was very bad the not seating. The floor has bricks lifting up from the floor. The skyline in the room was horrible I was not able rest comfortably either by 6am to 7am I was up because the room was fully bright. Then at night the light to dark. That was never a happy moment at this place. I didn't leave because it was too expensive to go elsewhere but hope I get some kind of refund. My other friend upgraded to 703 so we can all be together but it was waste of money! The patios were easily accessible to the common public patio for the building. The patio door had horrible covers on them as well. Anyone can come and see right thru. We had to but sheets on all the rooms.

  : I “upgraded” to a suite on the 7 floor ($600) NOT WORTH THE STAYHere are a few things wrong that messed up my vacation-I found what looks like a spider bed bug in the sheets - bed sheets were dirty and I had to wash them- there was a skylight in the bedroom that directly points to the pillows on the bed when the sun comes up-Fridge did not work-Blinds to the porch where either broken or missing (which is horrible because the porch is shared with the building and anyone could just look in)-There was a whole under the front door lock, and anyone can look through and see And not to mention 701 had bedbugs!!! This was a horrible experience overall. Never again. Too expensive for things not to work and to have bugs and dirty sheets! And when I spoke to customer service they claimed it doesn’t look like a bed bug. Or they submitted a claim and hounded you through the vacation instead of helping. Just horrible.
