  : So the owner is also the desk clerk, the cleaning staff, and the repairman. It shows. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it open and unless there is some major investment of time, labor, and money, this property is going to end up under a bulldozer.

  : Nothing! I came late, I was too tired to be picky about many things. All I needed is a clean bed to sleep in for about 5 hours. The man who was in charge walked with me towards room 108. Unlocked the door and opened it. I looked at the room. The bed was made but something about it, made me remove the blanket and roll it. Wow, there were some spots on the sheet. Then I rolled the upper sheet, there were at least nickel size bloodstains. I told him, this is against the laws for you to let people use the dirty beds. Then he argued with me, no it is not blood. Well, I told him just bring me a clean set of sheets and the pillowcases. There were no cups, no soaps or shampoos, only two bath towels. The microwave was very dirty too. I took pictures of the sheets, microwave. If anyone or Booking.com wants, I can email it. He continued to argue with me about his sheets were clean; I said, please stop talking about it. Then he told me, not to tell him anything, as if he was being too bossy. This guy, the owner should not even be in the hospitality business.

  : Disgusting room. The whole place was FILTHY…and smelled of cat pee! I wish I was making this up…but this is, truthfully, one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

  : Was charged way more than booking.com had the proson in the office ran my card when we check in and they again 4 hours and 10 minutes later we wasn't around the room was so hard to breathe in it gave me a really bad headache I still can't believe it cost me that much for the room WiFi didn't work most of the time $1 for a hour is what it said no sink , 2 of the plugins worked out of them worked out of the whole room no remote to the TV TV did not even work it definitely doesn't look like it was even finished being done paint pieces on the wall where there you could tell it's different colors if I was to rent here again I would make sure it was under different owners the guy in the office was rude wouldn't even give the receipt until 2 Days later there is only a deadbolt on the door the rest of the locks and latches are not there there was no toilet paper in the bathroom The tells looked like they were never washed and for a person that is taller than four feet 3 in definitely would be okay to sit on that toilet it was more like a potty chair for me than it was a toilet I stand 5'9 and my knees were way above my chest the blanket was itchy there was no bedspread and the Man in the office really evasive to all customers totally avoiding every one of us I would not recommend this place for anybody to stay there was no cover or battery in the smoke detector very unsafe

  : The place made me feel very uncomfortable. Very eerie. I couldn’t even sleep very well that night. I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it to family and friends.

  : Couldn't afford the weekend price of LV. Found an independent motel, booked and reserved with CC. My receipt showed $203.50.We arrive, we have pets, they accept pets. I'm currently animal sitting 2, then my 2.He and my husband couldn't agree on the fee. My husband got me, I was bummed out and the owner took pity on me and said he'd take 15 for the cats and 15 for the dogs combined.He said he normally charged 30 per pet. So he saved me 90 dollars. So he says.I look later at my bank account and see a charge of 312. Decide to check the bank card I used for the reservation and saw a charge of 74.56. Now at 386.Yes, big room, but that's all.Toilet had flushing issues, bathroom sink leaked, 2 lightshorrible closet like lights. Smelled funny, carpet was dusty, outlets had no covers and only one on both worked.One even sparked cuz it wasn't connecting. Owner,while pumping this room up to me, like he's making up for the animal fee, brings me a half a roll of TP and 2 bath towels. No hand or washing towels. Motel was completely vacant, and he demands we take the second floor. My husband is disabled... Stairway light goes out before sunrise, kinda goes off and on randomly. Door has no lock, won't stay shut, so it's just got a deadbolt. Window opens, but no screen, and bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work in this said smoking room. Nowhere to hang jackets. And again, weird unexplainable smell.There's more, but I'm going to close with his check out time,9:00 am no later than 10:00.This is the first time I have not asked for a late check out for my husband. I don't mind. I'm done breathing in the dust that's.everywhere.Heading towards motel 6 for a shower that actually has hot water. In all honesty, it was okay, none of anything mentioned would have bothered us had we not been blatantly overcharged. Which I plan to get back. I feel kinda bad for him, it's a seasonal town near the River.
