  : The room smelled like dog .. they charged us a deposit

  : The woman in the morning, in the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful. Loved the automatic pancake maker, I haven't seen this before.
  : The woman checking us in, late at night, was not friendly or pleasant. Had we not been so tired, we would have went elsewhere. When I had to go back to the car to retrieve my phone to confirm the rate, she left to clean some other area and then ignored me when I returned to the window. I could clearly see her and she could see me. It was maybe 6 steps to the car, so it felt like punishment for wanting the rate quoted. The room was clean, but repairs throughout are very poorly executed. Sharp edges left on metal plates used for repairs in the tub/shower can be a huge liability if a guest cuts themselves. Cracking and discolored caulking make the room "feel" dirty to the untrained eye. But, I worked in the hotel industry for 15+ years and could tell that it was clean.

  : Really good air conditioners in all rooms which was really needed because it was 120 degrees. Has comfortable beds, large rooms, good wifi.
