  : I loved that we could walk to the beach and didn't have to pay a $15 meter fee.There were restaurants very close in proximity to the facility, and that was great as well. I stumbled upon Serendipity after having a terrible experience with a different hotel. I just needed something more comfortable, and Serendipity gave that to me and my partner for that moment.
  : Our room was on the first floor where we told that it would be private and quiet. It was neither of those things. The people at the pool were loud. We woke to tons of flying ant like insects that had somehow entered the room from underneath the air conditioner. We had to use the bath towels and wash clothes provided to us to kill the insects that had flown onto the headboard while we were asleep. I have bites all over my legs as a result of these insects getting into the room. The bed itself was completely comfortable and DID NOT HAVE BED BUGS. I was bit by the outside insects that came in from an opening in the room. I tried to get ahold of staff in the morning before I left, but they were not in the lobby. I figured that I'd go in for breakfast, which I was told was told was served from 8:30a to 9:30a. I went into the lobby at 9:10a and saw 5 people with paper plates that were empty. They were all looking upset. I did exit at that point.All in all, if I could have changed anything it would have been the insect infestation. I spent a good hour cleaning and scrubbing bug guts off the head board and the floor with clorox wipes and shower towels. That part truly upset me.

  : They hold 200 FROM your debit card and I still haven't received it I went there and tried calling and no answer. I had to sleep on the beach for a night because they are holding the deposit
