  : Location was great! Laundry staff was welcoming and friendly!Booking was easy.
  : Pool area was too small for capacity of the facility. All times of the day, we checked and it was so crowded the three of us could not use the pool. Desk staff was unfriendly at evening check-in. Putting the responsibility and expecting the guests to take the time to do a checklist to see if the previous occupants has removed any items and expected to do a maintenance check to report any previous damage/needed maintenance so hotel staff or management time is not utilized to complete these tasks. One night about 11:45-after 12:30 there was a loud group of people hanging out at the lawn area below our room yelling. The following night there were kids yelling outside in the lawn area with adults present around 11:30. Both incidents seemed to happen with no awareness or concern from management/staff on duty even though the guest expectations state otherwise.

  : high pressure sales tactics at check in. unit not well air conditioned. only the bedroom had air conditioning. the rest of the rooms were supposed to be cooled from the one wall air conditioner. sleeper sofa mattress filthy with huge nasty stains

  : We’ll come back next year because of the beach proximity and because of the jacuzzi. We enjoyed very much the balcony facing the ocean and the the green garden. The refrigerator is large and works well. Not much else.
  : The room, hallway and hotel entrance look outdated and they’re not very clean. Didn’t see anybody cleaning the rooms. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was also not clean. The choice of colors used for walls painting is terrible. One last thing, the balcony door lock is rusted, defective. Couldn’t lock the door. Only 2 handicapped parkings

  : The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had a great ocean and beach view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I did have to do a room change due to overbooking but I was notified prior to my stay. They made sure my next room was clean and ready before I left the first unit. I will definitely be back. Unit 101 had the right setup I just didn't like being ground level.
  : The elevator was so small you could barely get the luggage cart inside. The bathroom was a little on the small side. The beds were not comfortable at all I would suggest bringing an egg crate or mattress topper for a little more comfort. I didn't really like the setup of unit 406 how the bedroom was right next to the door and we were by the elevator so morning time was noisy. Overall still a great place to stay.

  : 1 air conditioner for entire unit. did not cool well at all. bed not comfortable. grooved laminate that trapped sand and could not be swept clean. mattress in sleeper sofa filthy with huge brown and yellow stainsvery difficult to obtain keys to room - on arrival, their process is to make you go talk to a girl pressuring you to buy a unit. girl is rude, will not take no for an answer. bad start to the week

  : pool and hot tub had a film and did not looked like it was cleaned on a daily basis I did not like that the front door opened into the bedroom. did not show that in pictures on booking.com. the bedroom was hot. air conditioner did not reach back to that area.
