  : Property has roaches. Smell in hallway. Elevator is cringey! Staff is careless and disrespectful ladies at front desk. Managers is not professional at all. Rooms uncleaned. No house keeping! Broken appliances. Smells like urine in hallway. Unprepared room. No good customer service! Don’t book at sand dunes booked somewhere else. Too many people not enough cleaners or house keeping. Beware of mice and rodents! Place needs to be shut down and replaced with new building and different layout! Cheap place from beds to home decor! Not a good place to come! Don’t waste your money or time! Ohh parking is TERRIBLE!!!

  : My family enjoyed the pool and lazy river areas. I enjoyed the room overall. The proximity to the beach was adequate.
  : We had a check in time of 4pm. We arrived at 5pm and had a 45min wait for our room. After driving 9hrs it was hard to understand why. At one point the guy called housekeeping and didn't even get an answer. The parking is a nightmare. When you have a parking garage and allow huge vehicles which do not fit in the spaces it backs up the garage when people cannot get around vehicles hanging out of spaces. For 3 full days we securely clipped towels to the balcony. On day 4 the property manager called to say it is not allowed, yet nothing was said for 3 days which says the property manage is not present enough. Things like this need signs posted. I was actually in the room when they called. Had I been doing an activity somewhere offsite...this would have been more than mildly itritating. There also is no service for garbage disposal or bed service. Be aware if your sheets need changing you will wash/dry yourself, same for bathroom towels, as well as dispose of your own garbage.

  : It was on the beach, the pool areas were ok, small and crowded usually but decent. The servers in the beach kitchen were really nice.
  : Our original room wasn't going to be ready until at least 3 hours after check-in!!The room they gave us had an awful dirty floor and it was small with not much space to put stuff to keep it off the nasty floor. There was a broom but no dust pan, the front desk staff acted like you were bothering them when you needed something. The housekeeping staff are lacking in doing their jobs, we found old food under the furniture and there were roaches....I've never stayed anywhere and seen roaches before. The front desk staff didn't seem to care when i showed them the picture. The buildings are spread out far so its a lot of walking to get to the main hotel/pools. The beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The parking garages are tight to get into especially when people park beside you and park on the lines. There was black mold in the shower we complained about. The people in the building across from us were so loud every night they set off car alarms in the garage underneath. The police were there nightly and security was in our building often too ....it didn't make me feel safe. I will never stay here again and dont recommend it to anyone either. If i could ask for a refund i would!!!

  : We rented three rooms at the bed bug infested hotel/resort. The hotel was infested with bed bugs. Once i complained about being bitten. They e moved me to another room that also had bed bugs. The third room that my family occopied had roaches. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked because there were others that stayed prior to me that tried to warn me about the bug infestation.
