  : Understand I do not usually fill these out or complain, but this was horrible and embarrassing as I had family with us. The floors were so soiled after ten minutes of walking with socks on the bottoms were black! The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and there was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Once they came to fix the refrigerator and dishwasher two hours after the promised arrival time, the refrigerator then started dripping inside the refrigerator. There was old covid masks and other trash left under the couch. Turned a damp paper towel black when we wiped the balcony railing due to having small children putting their hands on it. My mother in-law had to use a towel to mop the kitchen floor before she would cook in there. The towel was completely black by the time she was done. The dryer vent was clogged with a 1 inch thick lint which could have started a fire!!! We made our complaints known, they offered us the cleaning fee and taxes back which was minute compared to the price we paid. I would warn you to stay clear of Palmetto Vacation Rentals!!! Booking.com should not use or advertise for them!!!

  : We picked this hotel because it had a water park(pictured in the booking) but when we got to the hotel to take the kids down we were told we didn’t have access to this. People were shooting fireworks off of the balcony next to ours. And we couldn’t even set outside due to the smell of weed being so strong.

  : Never have I been in a hotel where I have to check out at 10am or one that made the guest take out the trash for them. For being a pricey hotel in the area it does a poor job of making you feel at home. Some appliances where also on bad conditions. Do not recommend to anyone

  : The view is amazing. The location of the property is right on the beach which is awesome. The kitchen was super convenient. The 3 rooms were super spacious for our family of 11.
  : The parking at night was full so we had to park in the second garage, not far at all, just a little inconvenient. Also the room itself is a little dated. The dining room chair legs were lose, and the locks throughout the room kept sticking.

  : Linen was DIRTY, DIRTY UNDER GARMENTS AND BATHING SUITS IN CLOSETS IN EVERY ROOM. Lock was broken NO PARKING PASSES sink was stopped up. Televisions in 3 rooms didn’t work .
