: Be ready to not check in at the actual hotel. The registration desk is actually the Yellow building up the street from the hotel. Apparently smoking weed is recreational here around this area/state? Smelled it the whole vacation pretty much everywhere on the beach/street.

  : Being on the beach.
: Had construction going on in a unit next door. Had office call and ask why we were making the noise. It was clearly the construction next door. The oven in room door was falling off.

  : The view was nice.
: The dishes in the cabinet that are for use were DIRTY and had old food caked on them. Fresh towels were NOT available throughout the stayThe entire hotel smelled of weedThere was construction in the room next to us going on well into the night (3am by the time hotel staff agreed to look into our complaint) The sheets were stained. Room smelled of mildew. This is NOT a regular hotel room. My fianc and I got LOCKED OUT of our room 30 minutes before checkout when we went downstairs to get a cart for our luggage. The code given to unlock the door was no longer working and the hotel staff have no access to the suite to open the door or even the phone number to the person renting out the room. I contacted the person we booked through and they were VERY rude and tried to say its not possible for it to lock us out before checkout time. We had to get an entirely new code for it to open again and we were over an hour late getting on the road because of this.

Disappointing

: location was great. The balcony over looked the ocean so the view was amazing. Access to the pool and hot tub, and showers and were available outside to wash off sand from the beach.
: It was unclear at check in what the room number was and how to find the room, two of the buildings were connected so we went to the wrong place a few times when we first arrived. We found a roach in our room which was disgusting. The fridge leaked a lot.
