  : I'm very disappointed. This hotel seemed like the perfect getaway. I booked through booking.com and the reviews were very convincing. So I booked me and my family a room. I wish I would have researched a little better. They been having bed bug and roaches problem since 2017. The rooms are run down and old. CORAL BEACH RESORT HAS BED BUGS AND ROACHES. I went to wake my son up at 2:00 AM off the chair to come lay in the bed. I noticed a bug was crawling on the sheet he was laying on. I was able to kill the bug, but my son was bit serval times on his arm. They moved us to another room, that smelled like bug spray. Me and my kids were very uncomfortable. They offered to heat treat our belongings, staff was not sure what time they would be able to treat our stuff. She mentioned that the treatment could take 4 hours to complete and our checkout time was at 11:00AM. We drove 3 hours home at 3:00 AM in morning, tired and sleepy. We had to take all our belongings to the wash house at 6:00 AM in the morning. We tried cleaning the car the best we could. We just pray that we did all the precautions and they don’t infest our home. Management refunded me for one night and gave me 50% off the other night.

  : Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite and informative. The room was spacious and the view was great! Many things to do within the resort. From bowling, to an arcade, several pools and Jacuzzis, a sauna, and more!
  : The light in our bathroom wasn't working so we had to shower in the dark. But this issue is an easy fix and will not prevent us from booking our next stay here!

  : Room was not cleaned well. We had a BIG cockroach in room second day we were there and when flagged down house keeper, said let me call supervisor, I said not waiting you need to get it now. She removed it and when reported to front desk they claimed it was a palmetto bug, it definitely was a roach. They sprayed room and never saw anymore. Pools were dirty, elevators slow....musty smell in room.
