  : Location was wonderful. I had a private balcony (except when my neighbor leaned across the partition to see what we are doing) and could watch and hear the waves even if I could not make the trek down to the ocean. I could also see the sun rise from the balcony--which had 2 chairs and a mini table/drink holder.
  : Cleaning left a lot to be desired, There was a sock under the bed and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. The couch had sand on it (not from us). Our unit was old with a dent/small hole in the living room floor, bathroom baseboards rotting away, the drywall in the bathroom has been previously repaired, but needs an updated patch. Bathroom sink was missing a drain stop, grout close to sink was pretty filthy, etc. little things that left the feeling of the owners not really caring about much more than the profit.Something odd and worrisome occurred the evening before we left. My friend left the room to do laundry (I was asleep in the room) and came back to find the door ajar with a red floor mat wedged in the door and the kick stop pushed down. It looked as though someone quickly did these things to prevent the door from closing all the way so they could enter the room later. Thankfully, she forgot something and came back to the room shortly thereafter.

  : location was great, loved the snack bar, pool area was also great, good ocean view, can’t beat it for the price we paid.
  : Only flaw was check in. We got here around check in time (4pm) and I had yet to receive the door code. I asked multiple times prior what time we’d receive our code. I messaged multiple times but got no answer. I finally had to call for the code about 45 minutes after check in time. this was the only issue. we were supposed to receive the code by 2pm.

  : Beach access and pool amenities were great!!!
  : The room was not very clean and appeared very old. The shower and bathroom sink did not drain well. There were no comforters for the beds or pullout couch.
