  : We really enjoyed our stay . The grands loved everything. We really enjoyed the views. The beds slept so good . Omgosh you don't want to get up. We was on the very top I am scared of heights but this wasn't even like that. Our room was very clean , stocked, and relaxing. There was 7 of us and never once did we feel like we was on top of each other. The staff was so amazing. The young man at the desk the evening we checked in was so much help and understanding. The only complaint I have is parking . Across the street a block away. That is the only thing I can say I didn't like we worried the whole time about our cars. I want to say thank y'all we enjoyed our tripp. We will be back .

  : The back lobby where restrooms are was the only nice thing about the entire building. Pools were clean.
  : Room was not well cleaned. No toilet paper, no trash bags, no linens for Murphy bed or pull out couch. Bath tub did not drain and smelled like urine. Shower/tub leaked after every use into the hall way. Shower curtain was discolored and gross. Toilet didn't flush properly. Too many codes to enter property. Indoor hot tub is cold. A couple jumped the fence and were having sex in the outdoor hot tub at 11 at night. Fire works going off after midnight. The smell of pot everywhere you went. 2nd tower with large outdoor pool had no restroom for guests. Staff at this location were rude. Told us we had to go back to south tower for restroom use.

  : Not clean sheets werent clean stains on them tvs didnt work dressers falling apart leak in kitchen sink that made all carpet floor wet old and smelled like mold

  : did not know what to do with dirty towels they did bring me new ones ,but didnt take dirty ones. I did not know what to do with trash until a landscape work told me. YOU NEED TO BRING TOLIET PAPER WITH YOU SMD PAPER TOWELS

  : The location was great, closed to the attractions on the boardwalk, restaurants nearby and the beach right at the back of the hotel.
  : First of all it was with big surprise that we learned that the family unit we booked was privately owned and came with its own rules different from those of the hotel. The unit was dirty and moldy. The shower curtain was dirty, black and moldy at the bottom and we had to go buy a bottle of bleach to soak it in a bleach water before we could shower. My kids asthma flared up within an hour being in the appartement. Stains on the walls and the sink had some old soap stains on it. The hair dryer was dirty and had some hair on it. And worse of all, we found crockroaches every day on the wall and in the bathroom, disgusting. And lastly, there was so many rules that we even wanted to go buy our own towels and not touch anything in there. They charged us for cleaning but require us to take our garbage out and pile the dirty linen in a nice pile at the door etc... almost doing part of the cleaning for them, service that they charged us extra for...It was very very disappointing.

  : Only one person on duty to handle all the check in and issues. He was very nice and helpful. The unit was stuffy. Never received anything about checkout ,I have received 3 emails about coming even today and I'm back home.. When I called the number on the envelope that has the codes on it, that number is out of service. Why would give out a wrong number? There was a iron but no board.

  : The floor is dirty throughout the room. There is someone's hair in the bathroom, generally poor cleaning.

  : Liked that it was close to the boardwalk, and enjoyed walking to all the attractions.
  : When we checked in the place we noticed the place wasn't cleaned, looked like wax was all over the walls from whoever stayed the last time, things that were broken in the dryer, one room had a hole in it & was covered up with some elastic tape, the kitchen stove was messy and refrigerator was not cleaned but besides that was good.

  : No handicapped parking as requested. Furniture was not functional. No kitchen utensils. No disposable cups or Kleenex in bathroom. No ice maker or bucket. No room service
