  : I was busy both days and didn't have time to get to the breakfasts...Things were very clean and I really liked the water pressure in the shower, and the soft water.The icebox really came in handy too. Ryan and the lady that fixed up the rooms were great people.
  : I could have used a chair in the room, but I understand that it would made things overall a bit crowded.

  : The day before our arrival, they notified us that the air conditioner in our scheduled room wasn't working. Then they sent a rude text. Apparently our CC wasn't working. We called several times and no one answered.

  : Toilet wouldn't flush when we arrived. I found the water had been turned off. Then the shower wouldn't turn on. The man came and fixed it. The next day we asked for more towels three times. When we got back late that evening, no towels. The rooms had nowhere to sit except the bed and the TV channel selections were pretty much worthless. Coffee maker was also worthless...had to cycle it _literally_ twenty times just to get a full cup of coffee...it must have been clogged with hard water scale. Took 45 minutes to make a cup and it was cold when completed.

  : Reception was closed when I arrived. The telephone number provided at reception was unavailable.Guests helped me to reach somebody at freezing temperatures. But no luck the operator couldn't care less. As confirmed by other guests.I was stranded in freezing cold without a toilet.Booking.com arranged for a different hotel after a 2 hour struggle. They promised me to refund the price difference of the pleasing alternative nearby.Booking.com customer service actually worked in the end. But you needed to be skilled on using their app.The operator send me a message after I had a confirmed booking from booking.com. That he would not guarantee the booking unless I call him immediately. Something I could not do as I presumed I had a confirmed booking and was bussy driving.An operator with this attitude should not be on booking.com.I have years of reliable experience with booking.com and will be trying out the competition now as well.

  : when we got here there was no booking for us. although you had confirmed it the owner had no knowledge of our stay. We did get the last room but nothing is as we were promised.

  : The room wasn’t as described. No table, No bath. An old heater that barely worked. Booking said that we it was gonna be 67$ with the tax. They charged me 80$
