  : more places to catch shuttle to beach. Did not like the way the beach is "sectioned off" for owners/guests. "Blue chairs" should be in one section and a larger section left for others. Rental chairs are entirely TOO EXPENSIVE!

  : Location is in a gated complex with it's own private beach front. It felt exclusive and safe. The property was immaculate and tastefully appointed. It was very inviting as soon as you step in. The view from the balcony was superb.
  : The kitchenette needs immediate attention- Tired and incomplete cutlery, dishware and glassware. A small drying rack for the dishes would be a nice touch as would a couple of "welcome" bottles of water.

  : When we arrived on the beach I was told this was a private beach so I could not sit where I wanted too so a gentleman asked us to move? Once we moved over to another area where there were over 50 blue chairs with umbrellas already set up we were asked to move again by a 14 year old child. This time he told me we had to move to the back of the beach behind those entire setup chairs (like it was 1960)because they were for renters only?? I advised him I was a guest at The Summit in room 907A! He told us since we brought our own chairs and umbrella I could not sit where I wanted and that those were the rules. I asked for his manager but no one ever came back to see me? I contacted Vacasa customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes to be told that a manager would call me back and no one ever did! I was a guest on this property and they treated us like we were random strangers!! We felt very disrespected so we did not return back to the beach! Vacasa/The Summit/Topsl Summit should let people know if they can not bring our own setups to their beach because they will not be considered a renting guest! After we left over half of those blue chairs were still empty and the kid told us we couldnt sit in those unless we paid for them! However I enjoyed my birthday trip but not on this property on the beach as I had planned!
