  : The condo itself was wonderful, but the company that coordinated the stay, My Vacation Haven, was a nightmare. If I were the owner, I would change to another company.
  : Our experience was a nightmare. Two hours before we arrived, they told us they double-booked us so we had no place to stay. While they found a property for us to stay that one night, we had to be out by 10am on the dot and then reload all our things again into the original condo and were not allowed to check in until 4pm. We missed half of our beach day and were homeless for hours - they had no sympathy for my autoimmune health issues. I expected a full refund for that first night, but instead, (and after almost two weeks of calling and them avoiding the situation), they just gave us a tiny discounted rate. They wouldn't even consider a refund for just that ONE night. One lady I talked to said they would resolve the situation because "that's not how we do business," but they wouldn't do the right thing in the end.
