: It was smaller than most other condos but that meant more room on the beach! Parking was easy. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.
: The couch had soil spots on the arms and cushions. The same for one chair near the porch area. The rug in living room has soil/spilled drink on it. We had a difficult time unlocking door to porch but that was more our fault. Someone came and showed up how to open and close.

: We've stayed at Huntington by the Sea several times and enjoyed the location.
: Unit 303 had some obvious issues that showed the lack of details by the owner. The hide-a-bed couch is worn out and difficult to sit in. Wall outlet covers had issues and could easily be fixed. One was missing (outdoors), one was hanging loose from the wall, and a couple were cockeyed, In one bathroom a bar was missing from towel holder, the shower curtain rod was hanging loose from the tile because tile was broken. In the other bathroom, paint was flaking off the ceiling and the toilet paper holder was badly rusted. The refrigerator had no ice maker or even an ice tray. When you open the dishwasher door, it hits the stove handle. Finally, there is an outside chair that is seat is badly sagging and rusted. it also had mold on the arms.

: The wrong information was given to us about the beach chairs so we purchased beach chairs and was told later after purchasing them that 2 chairs and an umbrella was assigned to us on the beach. 3 people employed with vacasa gave us incorrect information until Sanauri called, gave us correct information about the beach chairs and offered to refund us the money that we spent purchasing beach chairs. I was pleased with her service ( Vacasa) however Booking.com showed this condo as being on thing on the internet but when I received my confirmation it was a different picture, that was false advertisement.

: Location is fabulous. Bed was very comfortable. Gated community.
: Constructive criticism for the owners: Bed cover in master was horribly stained. Sheets would not stay on the bed so you ended up laying on the stains. Pool was NOT heated in November, you need to be more specific on what months the pool is heated. Shower head is very low, spray hits chest instead of head, recommend a handheld shower in the bathrooms as a simple, inexpensive solution. I will return but will bring my own sheets and hope the pool is heated.

: The worst place ever!!! The condo had roaches and a nasty shower curtain in both restrooms. The water in the tub wouldn't drain while showering. You all have to stand in dirty water. We had to go buy bug spray and new shower curtains. I'm not talking about cheap bug spray. Give you a heads up it's going to take a product called, Vaper to get rid of the roaches. We went to the Vascasa office the manager told us that they took off the exterior of the building, not the interior. She displayed no concerns not even an apology or compassion. You can't get your money back. You will have text messages from Vascasa saying that a work order has been put in the system. Yes, after this review you 'll see a message saying that someone will take care of the issues. The roaches have been there and the shower curtains. The place is out dated and nasty. I had to do a full cleaning. Nasty!!! I feel for the next people who have to stay at condo 205!!!!!
: Everything was nasty and horrible.
