: I loved that it was floor level. Beach access was so close and so was the pool. Also the view was amazing.
: This property definitely needs some love from the owners. Major updating. The outside furniture is outdated. There is even a broken chair that was left on the porch. The bathrooms need updated. We had to get a new flusher in the master while we were there because the toilet wouldn’t flush due to a broken piece. We didn’t have an oven the whole time. The heating until on the bottom was broken, and when I went to make cinnamon rolls and turned it on it started to spark and almost caught fire! The living room furniture also needs replaced. We had to fix the pipes under the sink due to those leaking. But really, if these issues were fixed we would 100% rent again. And the manager BJ is seriously amazing to work with. She did all that she could to make our stay comfortable and get things fixed as soon as she could. Big shout out to her!

: it was nice and up to date
: we arrived earlier than check in time just to see what the area looked like. when my husband, and I were walking around to the pool with our 6 month old baby we were immediately harassed by a lady asking us what unit we were staying in. that caught us off guard and I immediately reacted and asked her why she cared and told her it wasn’t her business. Why would we feel comfortable giving a STRANGER our unit number and who the hell randomly asks people what ROOM THEY ARE STAYING IN? she then claimed to be the PROPERTY MANAGER and said that she was going to check if we were really staying there and left because I wasn’t putting up with her crap. I later found out the she’s a cleaning lady/ maintenance and has been there for years. That just made me feel extremely uncomfortable and ruined the first part of our day and caused an argument between my husband and I because he was so worried that our car would be towed even though we had PROOF that we paid to stay there and were given an ENTRY CODE to pass through the damn gate. we were upset for half the day but we did enjoy the place and it was clean.
