  : Bar wasn't bad, but expensive.
  : The online advertisement for the hotel gave the impression that the hotel was on the beach. So, when we got there, we were disappointed. Door to our room was hard to open and close. View from the room was dumpsters, parking lots, and the back of businesses. The trip was for a special occasion, so would not have stayed here if we would have known all this.

  : Proximity to the beach. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
  : Booked and paid 2 months before and they gave my room away. Two of our party had to sleep on a sofa sleeper which is unacceptable for $350 / night.

  : The room was a little smaller than pictured and it wasn’t as clean as i expected it to be. Saw some mold in the shower, chipped paint around the room and dirty walls.

  : Mislead by staff on earlier check in. I book this hotel for gym. Gym did not have ac. During my stay. Bathroom door was very difficult to open and close.

  : I liked that it was within walking distance to the beach.
  : First, our room had two very squeaky beds and dented mattresses to the point where my son rolled off the bed at least 5 times, almost hitting his head on the night stand. The beds were so loud that if anyone got up in the middle of the night the squeaking woke others up. It sounded like the springs had rusted or broken. When our room was cleaned on our designated cleaning day, the sheet was rotated from the top of the bed to the bottom of the bed instead of being replaced. I knew this because I had cut myself and had accidentally gotten blood on the top of the sheet and then found it at the bottom of the sheet. Also, Our water shut off in sink. The AC was so loud and would kick on every 15 minutes making it difficult to sleep. When we checked into the hotel, our booking said we had free breakfast every morning however I had to clarify because they told me my children would not receive free breakfast even though they were accounted for on our reservation. Once we showed them the reservation that included my children , we were provided a limited menu for breakfast instead of the full that other guest received. When asking for additional towels, I was told at one point that they only had two left to give me at the start of the day. No one followed up or took notes to bring more towels up to us, knowing they didn’t have what we had requested. Overall, this was very overpriced for the quality we received. I was very disappointed as Hilton properties are usually reliable for quality.

  : The property was very clean and any requests were fulfilled immediately. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had about ammenities around town. The breakfast and service in the restaurant/bar was amazing!
