  : The Staff were so friendly and open to help me. When I explain all the issues that I found with my room they tried to find a solution.
  : In general, the hallways were so unclean, that I saw towels in the hallways. My room had problems with the keyed. We spent severe minutes trying to open our room. Our key never worked. Inside the bedroom, we had a door connected with another room (other customers), Someone put a sofa in front of this door trying to lock the access because the door was unlocked.

  : The place is run down dirty (hair on TP, and floor). The TV is missing a HDMI cable (called front desk they did sent someone who promptly fixed the situation). Checked in time is 3 pm. Our room isn’t ready until 3:30 pm. It was raining. We had to move our luggage from the tiny lobby back to the car. We are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Our non smoking room was reeked with cigarette smoke. They were all booked and didn’t switch us to another room. Our room is on the ground floor with a sliding door. The lock doesn’t work. We were about to give up the room then we found out the door has a bar you use to lock it so we stayed. We pulled in and park our car by the B door. That door is unsecured. Anyone can walk right in. Our friend who stayed on the second floor had issue too. His reservation is for two nights. On the second day his room key won’t work. He couldn’t get into his room. Had to waste time at the front desk to get his key access to his room. All in all this place is disorganized, dirty, terrible.

  : The curtains the sliding door the bathroom scared me curtain was unreal the crack/ method heads, the animals and the poor service with Robert when checking out bad.

  : Nothing.
  : No shower curtain. Tub was stained. Patio curtain tattered. Security guard apparently went to wrong room after midnight and opened our door.

  : We did not eat for lack of time, but we did smell good food while we walked to check out.. Think we may of missed some good food.
  : Nothing really we were very happy with our stay.

  : Bugs in the bed and in the shower. Burn hole on the bed blanket. Blanket didn’t look very clean at all. I ended up leaving before I was supposed to because I just couldn’t stay any longer. The person who checked me out didn’t seem to care about anything I had to say all he was worried about was how I paid for the deposit. Will never stay here again and will never suggest it to anyone.
