  : Property was nice, as well as the staff. Not bad for the price. Would come again.
  : There was a bug in my shower, and there was a ton of kids roaming around unsupervised and were loud as well as my neighbors who were very loud late at night. Outside of that it was a good stay.

  : I loved the swimming pool area because it was fun for the variety of ages that were with me. I loved the room it was spacious and had a nice view of the pool area. The overall hotel comfort was nice.
  : The front-end manager was so rude to everyone continuously causing confusion and conflict. She was harassing families in the pool area. I think that if she wasn't there the day would have been perfect.

  : Breakfast was garbage. Refrigerator was off so wen I put food in at night it spoiled by morning and stank so bad hotel did nothing to accommodate just apologized didn't off anything TV in living room area didn't work

  : honestly, did not like anything & would never will be back.
  : well, the whole hotel is DIRTY. our first room’s safe did not work & was coming off of the wall. the divider door for a different room would not lock. the staff was okay enough to help us get a different room, but that room wasn’t even any better. to me as a consumer, the maids or cleaning staff does the bare minimum. the amount of money we spent for ONE night was pretty ridiculous for that dirty of a room. the bed frames were creaking & breaking every movement you made. lamp shade had stains all over it. the outlet for a USB didn’t even work. our view out the window was the pool? who wants to see the pool from your room? they had a sign on the front desk stating consumers who had hyundai’s or kia’s were getting damaged in there parking lot. overall the experience sucked. the staff didn’t even let us know there would be a $100 deposit so right now, it looks like we spent MORE on this crappy room. this hotel needs to focus on cleanliness, friendliness, & a well-maintained hotel. i should have taken more picture of this room, but honestly, i was over it & just wanted to sleep & get home ASAP the next morning. this place was really a joke staying there & wont be back to ANY holiday express again.
