  : My husband and I loved our stay at the Redbury! The hotel was super clean and quiet, but very close to all the attractions. We stayed in a King room. The bed was superbly comfortable. We loved the pool area and lounge chairs on the rooftop. The hotel had beach access through a partnership with SLS hotel. Our only complaint is that the SLS staff at the beach were not the friendliest. For most of our trip they would not provide us with an umbrella because they said it was too windy — even though every other hotel on the beach had umbrellas up. We had bad sunburns and wanted to cover up, so we had to skip the beach some days. Even covering up with clothing didn't cut it because the sun was so strong. Another day, we went up to the SLS drink hut on the beach to ask for beverages, and the staff told us to go back to our beach chairs, and that they would come to us. We waited over 30 minutes... and no one served us. When we went back to the drink hut, they tried to turn us away again. They did this to another gentleman who was requesting a drink as well. Very frustrating. I don't blame this on the Redbury staff, but it put a kink in our time at the beach. Otherwise, we had a great stay and loved the hotel. Would definitely recommend the Redbury and Miami Beach to others. It was a quiet place to stay while still enjoying all the main attractions.

  : Rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftop has a pool with lying chairs to relax which was quite nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.
  : The hotel is next to a busy street and right above a caffe which plays music all day long - the noise can be heard in the rooms, which is especially bad in the second floor.Some staff members are less informed than others. We asked where we can lock our bikes, while the hotel has a dedicates space for this, one staff member did not know about it.The hotel offers lying chairs on the beach, but umbrellas for shade cost extra.It would have been nice if there were more common facilities beside the rooftop pool. The lobby was quite small.

  : we enjoyed the location, close to the restaurants, bars, and the beach. the room had a record player which was nice to use.
  : Valet took at least 30 mins each way and they don’t have a turn-out for it, it’s just on the public roadway. you have to enter the building and talk to the front desk after waiting in line to request the valet. Our room was oddly laid out and there were no hooks on the wall to hang towels. elevator was slow and stairs were dirty (grease stains out of the rear) leading confusingly to the kitchen/staff area.

  : the elevator had a funky, damp smell, they need to take out the carpet.no breakfast included and it's an expensive hotel.

  : The location was excellent, not too far from nearby restaurants and shops but quiet enough to relax and unwind at the hotel.
  : There wasn't the mirror in the room except for the bathroom so we had a bit of issues getting ready among girls.

  : The room exchange.
  : The service at the hotel was not pleasant. My wife was put into a room next to the kitchen which had noisy machinery and as a consequence didn't sleep well, which was awful because She had a conference to go to for three days. After complaining the staff moved her to a quieter room but the next day which. We had prepaid in January $1367 for 3 nights to avoid exactly this issue and thinking we were getting. The staff talked to my wife as if She were a criminal on check-in, not good.
