  : Room was clean
  : First time writing a bad review. Key card isn’t working for our room. Front desk staff (Jeremiah) didn’t tell us there are 2 buildings so we went to the wrong one and had to go back to the front desk to ask for directions on where the room is. They offered to change room because keycard isn’t working then once we got in the new room, it is much smaller than our original room so we asked to be transferred to the exact same room which is what we paid for. He kept on insisting it is the same kind of room but it is obvious that it isn’t. He was also very sarcastic in explaining instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Asked to speak to the manager (who is not onsite, by the way). Waited long for the manager to call our room. Manager never called. Found out room phone has no dial tone after waiting for a long time for the call, so I had to follow up using my cellphone. Front desk picked up and after putting us on hold he said the door on our original room is now fixed. So we had to go back there again. We have a 4 month old baby and moving back and forth is such a hassle when they could’ve fixed the door in the first place. Bathtub has no cork/water stopper so we couldn’t use it. No body wash on the dispenser. The list goes on..

  : There was no hot water in my room. After being told by the maintenance he was going outside to look in to it and then waiting over an hour, I had to again go back downstairs and tell them I still had no hot water. By this point, it was nearly 1pm and half the day was wasted and over waiting on hot water. They didn't offer to comp anything, they didn't even offer to move me rooms until I had to ask to them angrily to move me rooms so that I could take a shower. The room they moved me to was half the size of the first room, smelled like urine, and was infested with drain flies. Both rooms were extremely noisy, all sounds from the street and courtyard could be heard in the room, in addition to any sounds in the hallway from other guests and the elevator.
