: the location was great, as was the comfort and cleanliness. the room was very good too.
: As it is a small hotel, entry and accessibility with lots of suitcases is complicated. One of the employees at checkout was rude because of a 30 minute delay. I'm sorry for the delay, but it was unnecessary.

: Not recommended At time check they didn't give me room as per my booking, Mr.John very rudely behave, I contact booking.com they also not replying me so I didn't checkin, I request Mr.John to Cancel my booking and he cancelled my booking on the spot, and ensure me booking.com returned my full amount without any deduction because at that time hotel was no in a position to provide me room as per my booking, but no more then 15-days gone booking.com still not refund my amount also they are not reply my emails and messages.My recommendation is not to book through booking.com because they are not reliable.
