  : The staff was very rude, I encountered a problem with my trip & was asking for help! No one helped me smh then when we finally got settled in, we requested wash clothes 3 times I never received any, I stayed there for four nights.. we were supposed to get a free drink from the bar the bartender was very nasty & rude every time we asked for our free drink so we stopped asking on the third night of our stay!

  : The property is a very great location the staff is very pleasant
  : First off there is always random people outside selling weed or just lingering around in & out the facility which makes customers uncomfortable. There is no safe in the room for personal possessions that you wanna keep safe while your out there is no microwave in any room if you have to heat things up so if u get food on the strip or in a restaurant & u haven’t finished it’s basically trash after spending all that money cause you can’t reheat it in your room. They had no utensils for food only a ice bucket. The closet had no door & my travel friend had no door on the shower in his room the bar had a great vibe the place had a great vibe overall just needs alot of upgrades & more amenities not downplaying the hotel or the very polite staff because its not their fault but the place just really needs alot of work i actually like the field but this time the experience was so so it wasn’t horrible it just wasn’t what i expected from this hotel group sorry if it sounds bad but if i didn’t tell the truth about my stay nothin would get resolved

  : The only thing we liked about our stay was the location and the staff , the beds were comfy !!
  : The hotel was pretty old and smelly , the carpet was so filthy and smelled really bad , the smell of weed was all over the place , the rails on the stairs the paint was chipping off , the elevator was so old and loud that you weren’t sure if it was going to make it , this place needs major work ! We were very disappointed , we booked two rooms for one night , we were charged an extra 100$00 a room that there were refundable within 7 days back into our account for any damage to the rooms !! What a joke ! Will not be staying there again!!

  : It was close to the beach, and alot of nightlife places. Also the hotel had where you can hookah so that was nice as well.
  : I didn’t like that we were not able to do an early check in. Had to wait almost an hour & 40 min before we could get to our room.
