  : Panorama was the best. Comfortable, good size apartment for 4 of us.
  : Apartment should be refurbished, floor was in bad condition. There was no plug in the kitchen, we had to put toast and coffee maker on the floor.

  : The front desk was nice and responsive. When I reported an issue they quickly communicated with the cleaning staff. However, the cleaning staff did the bare minimum. The rooms were also a good size.
  : The place was not as described. In the initial listing it said it had a pull out couch. The couch pulled out but had no mattress in it so you couldn’t sleep on it. We reported the issue to the front desk and they had maintenance bring a roll away bed. The roll away bed had three springs missing and was lopsided. The description also said there were two pull out couches. There was only one. The couch was cheap and dirty. It looked like no one flipped or cleaned the pillows in years.This place is completely run down and just looks dirty. And it actually was dirty. The toilets had a ring around them like no one put a brush to them in years. The shower had about ten pieces of someone else’s hair in it. There were splatters of juice or something throughout the place that I was easily able to wipe away - which tells me no one else (like cleaning staff!) tried to wipe them away.When we reported the cleanliness to the front desk they sent someone from the cleaning crew up. She told us there was nothing she could do since we already took a shower in the place. She also spent most of the time looking at her phone and not really listening to us. It was ridiculous.The property nickels and dimes you for everything. There’s a $20 fee per hour to stay late. A $5 fee for not returning the room keys. A fee for everything.I stayed with a party of seven. One group got to the property first and didn’t have a room key. So one person in the party went to the front desk, told them the name of the person who booked the room and said they were the person and was able to get a room key. No ID required. Pretty scary! Thank God we were all trustworthy.This property is in north Miami. So if you want to go to south beach you’ll have to take an Uber or something that’ll cost you about $10. Not convenient but not expensive.Overall, I would not stay here ever again. The room was disgustingly dirty and the location was not convenient.
