  : That it was close to the beach. And the valet was really good about getting me my car right away and any groceries that I picked up for any shopping that I did they brought everything up to my Room
  : That on my 1st night I had to move to another road because the refrigerator that at work and then the 2nd night had to move to another Room because the AC didn't work And our view was nothing but construction. You would think for the type of money that you're paying to be on Collins Avenue that the rooms wouldn't have as many issues as we encountered with our stay I mean paying $2000 I shouldn't have had to move rooms twice and a 5 night stay

Friends birthday weekend the stay was awful Definitely wasn’t worth this day the sheets were dirty the bathrooms were dirty it was unbelievable we complain about it to the office they stated that they were going to send someone up the next morning to clean never dead the valet parking try to cheat us out of our money trying to overcharge us it was very horrible don’t recommend to no one

  : Love the pool and hot tubs but due to the COVID-19 it was not a great experience considering you could only have 27 people at the pool and only 13 people can swim at a time big problem for us we are a family of six we meet half the limit to swim just buy showing up so we couldn’t the use pool much to be fair to other smaller families not the resorts fault so they did their job they did work our kids in at times to be fair so I give the staff a big ten for service
  : My first room was horrible the dishwasher wasn’t fastened to the countertop so it fell out when I was trying to wash the dirty dishes then I found out the ac was broken and on top of that I was on phone with Booking.com an a dang roach crawled out and across the floor to where I stepped on it. So they got me a new room and it was great clean and ac worked and no bugs big plus. For an 1800 room for a week And I was told that I had parking included for my stay in a email and they didn’t honor it it was 150.00 a week or 30 a day and I asked if they could include it because I had found another room same place and same size same view just on another floor ant it was two hundred dollars cheaper so instead of price matching like they advertised they included the parking which they couldn’t do cause the hotel didn’t own the parking they had to pay for it their own parking spots so I had to pay out an extra seventy dollars not happy

  : The view was amazing
  : The air conditioning unit in the bedroom does not work bedroom gets rather hot additionally the carpet is badly stained and it looks dirty needs to be removed ASAP no hairdryer in the bathroom kitchen stove could use at least aluminum foil!! Living room Couch needs Replacement as well its stained with white paint ! How ever the majestic sea view is amazing!! Besides all these details overall good stay! But unit needs a lot of work

  : The bed sheets and pillows were not to my liking, the windows were very dirty. No face rags was given and we were told we had to wash our own towels.
