  : The location was right on south beach. You can walk to the club, restaurants and beach. I would book it again.

  : I was charged a 100 dollars as a deposit that should be cancelled after return of property in good condition. I did, I returned the property in perfect condition, the manager said it was ok but until now she hasn’t cancel the 100 dollars charge! It too bad! I want my money back

  : We didn't end up in the location we booked (Washington Ave.) but Collins Ave. This was closer to the beach, which was a pre. For us it was kinda necessary to do some laundry, this was possible as our stay had both a washingmachine and a dryer, so that was nice. The appt we ended up in provided us enough room, was superclose to a Walgreens which was practical. Nice decoration, cool there was still some Xmas stuff hanging in there (we stayed until Mid January).
  : One day we had a leakage coming from above. Called the hostess, she would be on her way quickly. Notified the neighbours directly above us in our apartmentcomplex as well. The guy had the same hostess, and would call her too. Quite sure he did. 1,5 hour later, no news. Gave her a ring again, contacted the guy above us as well (had obtained his number). Turns out she has been up there, and maybe was at our apartment at the one moment that we had one smoke (in the 1,5 hour) outside ofcourse, since it's no smoking inside. Too bad we didn't hear back though, cause we were waiting in the apartment to have the problem fixed or someone coming. Wished to have known that she had been there, then we could have resumed our activities outside of the apartment. I must say she offered us to switch to the apartment we initially booked, but we didn't feel for moving places again (we did this more often in our entire stay abroad, so didn't feel for adding another if not absolutely necessary). I think our initial booked apartment had one, bigger bed (King?), now we had two smaller beds (still sleeps 2 per bed, but def. more narrow). We have mentioned being exhausted, coming from a cruise at 10:15 AM. Unfort. in the end our check-in time was 15:45, so yeah from debarking a cruiseship until getting in and seeing a bed, took us 5:30 hours. We have spend time outside elsewhere (Starbucks), to kill the time needed until an apartment was ready.

  : The location was good, next to the beach and shopping area.The kitchen was well-equipped.
  : It was very tiring finding the host in order to pick up the keys. Then the sofa bed was broken. Actually we had to move to 3 different appartment during our stay in Miami which was inconvenient. The appartment was not very clean (that’s why we had to move to another one) we found a lot of small insect and bees.The fridge was not working properly.
