  : Location was great, amenities were great. Coffee, water, snacks. Breakfast on ocean drive was nicely arranged with partnering restaurant. Nice and large rooms. Receptionist was really helpful.
  : Noise. Walls are very thin, What made it worse is the fact that there was construction going at night in the floor/room above us. First night until 2 AM, second night 1 AM. Third night I complained at 12:30 AM and they stopped 15 min later. However they started again at 4:15 AM. Then the hotel asked about my experiences and I told them about the construction noise at night. They basically told me this was not possible because crews leave at 6PM. Unbelievable. Not sure what made me mad the most, the construction noise or the reaction from the hotel.

  : Why did everyone not have wash cloths . When complaining to manger another couple said they didnt have wash clothes. After touring the city that day any night. Getting back to the room we had not only no wash cloths we didnt have towels for a shower. Called room service no one showed up. I went to main desk and waited for them to find towels for my room. I the years of traveling I have never experienced that. We went down with 2 more couples 2 rooms where I the same building my room was in a different building NOT happy.

  : Location - 1st line on the beach, comfortable bed. Breakfast is the same every day, but okay.
  : Hotel is closed, I was offered to move to Ocean Hotel. It was very difficult to find the entrance, i spent 10 minutes with luggege to find the place (to go to reception you have to pass throuhg restaurent with ledder, that is not convenient at all). I had to change the room, as in first one the bed was not clean - there were few black hairs... on hotel page in booking sweeming pool is declaired, but no pool in partnership hotel was provided in fact and personnel were not answering on request. I came back more than week ago, deposit is not yet refunded, hotel team is not answering on requests and emails.

  : The room was clean, bright, and spacious. Overall, very friendly staff. The location was central but also quiet; it was just a few blocks away from the beach and there are many restaurants nearby.
  : For breakfast there were some croissants, fruits, and coffee/tea only. Could have been more options. FYI the hotel does not have parking space, so you have to pay for valet parking if you have a car.

  : Superb location, near all the restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great value for the price! Will be staying there again when in Miami.
