  : Nice building. Apartment provided ample space and comfort. The location of the apartment was advantageous for easy access to river boats, Main Street Mall, Beale St and some other downtown sites. Good downtown neighborhood. Washing machine.
  : Service or response is not immediate, if something is needed. There's a corporate customer service number to get assistance with requests. I needed to have the batteries on the TV remote replaced. I was disappointed that I had to wait until the following day to have somebody come by to replace batteries. Remote is most used item in a hotel room, and not to have replacement batteries was frustrating. While most of the apartment was clean, the windows were a dusty. This should not be since there's a $105 charge for cleaning. There was no onsite parking available.

  : The property itself was amazing Very clean, spacious & ideal for our needs
  : The booking & check in process For this reason i would not stay again1st instance, the emails received re booking & obtaining photo id, photos of card details leaves a lot of room for identity theft. I was asked to to this 2 or 3 times, with money, taken as a test from my account!The information received leading up to check in was convoluted & unclear. On arrival, the instructions did not make sense & we were stuck outside the building for over an hour trying to work out what to do even though there is a doorman that does not help you. We were helped by a person who had the same problems & gave us the phone number to call. Once we got through the door we received an email for check in with detailed photos which we needed before this time!Getting to the room, the door code did not work as we were not informed of a further digit!It took us 2 hrs in total to finally get in the room!!!!!

  : You should now be aware that we found a used condom under one of the beds, it was taken care of. One of the beds had a bit of a dip in the middle making it uncomfortable.

  : Great location! Nice size apartment. Close to Beale Street and the museums restaurants and park.
  : This is not a hotel!! It is considered a short-term rental and non refundable. You need to submit a copy of your driver's license along with the credit card used to pay for the room. In addition, They asked you to verify a small charge on your credit card to confirm card. There is a required $500 security deposit. None of this information is listed in the description.

  : The location of the apartment is great, lots of things within walking distance!!!
  : Upon arrival parking was horrible, dingy stained towels, and dingy sheets on bed. Toilet seats were loosen in in both bathrooms. I had to go to Walmart, in West Memphis Arkansas to purchase towels. I, was very dissatisfied.
