  : Good location and friendly staff.
  : Top panel of the shower was see-through with the light on in the bathroom (visible from room) which was a little awkward as I had to ask one of my fellow guests to leave the room whilst I showered as they could see me through the panel.

  : The hotel is very modern and fancy. We liked that it is close to Beale Street. The room was quite basic, but clean. There's no room service unless you request it, but you can always get fresh towels or amenities from one of the "stations" on some floors. We didn't use valet parking, but used a parking house two blocks away, which was cheaper. There's a park behind the hotel with lots of cute squirrels. We got a welcome drink and coffee was free in the morning.
  : The area around the hotel is quite deserted apart from some homeless people who sleep in the park behind the hotel. They didn't bother us at all, though. They had 3 pinball machines in the lobby. Unfortunately two didn't really work well, but playing was free. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. You can get free coffee in the morning though (self service).

  : The guitars hanging in the central hall of the hotel must be repaired and must make ready for use: one guitar the tuning rodd of the bass E string was not working, and the other guitar (Squier) did not have the high E-string. Of course this is not a serious complaint.

  : Nice room, friendly staff inside and out in the valet. Nice lobby and games available with a bar.
  : Room was a bit small, no safe. Didn't like the ajoining door.

  : On arrival Security and Value Parking were brilliant, use them as the hotel area feels really sketchy at night, we had a good check in as there was no one else there, the venue is funky, full of interesting things, the room is laid out well and maximised the small space well, its great value for money and the location right next to the main trolley bus stop is perfect, so why was it so disappointing ?
  : The Reception staff are terrible, they are also the bar staff, on arrival the girl that checked us in was lovely and so we thought all was good but she is the total exception to the rule, the other staff don't want to interact, are not helpful and are downright rude if you ask for something.We stayed two nights and did not get any housekeeping, we went to phone down but the funky 70's style phone in the room, whilst looking great, was not even connected to the wall..So we settled down to sleep and thats when it really kicked off, the hotel is opposite the park and the down and outs hang there and play loud music all night long, I mean they did not quit until five am, add in the shouting and there was no sleep to be had.....This explained the big bucket of free earplugs that greet you as you leave the elevator for your room..
