  : Nothing I was very disappointed in the owner/manger I upgraded my package to a balcony judge by the picture that was posted only to find out it wasn’t the property I was booked at and the indoor pool that was listed was on the property was 2 hotels down and the outdoor pool looked like a swamp hole complete with seaweed and had to down grade to a different room and no refund was offered for the difference and the woman who who managed the place was rude and unprofessional about the whole thing never will I stay with this hotel group again

  : Amazing location, easy access to water and downtown. Free parking was included, so it was easy to go in and out of the lot.
  : When we booked this room the night before, we booked a two queen lakefront Bridgeview room. The pictures showed a sliding door/window with a view of Lake Michigan and the Mackinaw Bridge. Upon arrival, we were told by the front desk that the room we booked was no longer available and they had overbooked the hotel. (The lot was 90% empty). She said they had instead placed us in the property next door at a comparable room, and I asked to see the room before proceeding. The room had a beautiful view of the bridge and water, but that was the only “good” thing. The room we booked had stripped wood walls, white sheets, and looked to be renovated. The room they tried to place us in was dated, smelled like mold and mildew, and the lock on the door was broken. I walked back to the front desk to say we would NOT be taking that room, and during my walk back to the lobby I went back to Booking.com because I was 99% sure I had seen this property and this room for $80, when in reality we booked for $120 and some change. I said this to the front desk, and suddenly our “original room that we booked” was available. She also stated “I figured you wouldn’t take the other room”. Of course we wouldn’t! It was a much cheaper and much more run down room. Once we got to our “original room”, it didn’t have the view promised. We had one frosted window in the bathroom, but there was no window or door that was lakeview/bridgeview at all. It was a very nicely renovated motel room, and I didn’t see any bugs or things like that. Mostly cobwebs on the door as you walked in. (Exterior). Overall just felt like a scam…. I’m a younger female so I did feel like they assumed they could take advantage of that.
