  : Great location and big room! Perfect for a group of us and the beach was right out our door.
  : Could use an update to the property and some deep cleaning. The bathroom was a little dirty and outdated.

  : The location was wonderful, close to downtown and on the water. That the pullout couch had sheets and blankets on it. The balcony. The additional sink outside the bathroom.The connected room/suite. The fires and fun on the beach at night.
  : The hotel itself could have been amazing but it had fallen into disrepair. The ice machine was leaking all over the floor, there was sand everywhere, the room smelled stale and musty - thankfully I brought air freshener with me. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival at approximately 6pm when check-in was at 430pm. There was trash on the balcony. There weren't enough towels and there were no hand towels or face cloths in the room. I picked up shards of glass from the entrance out to the beach area.

  : I liked the set up of the room, it worked well with kids.
  : No housekeeping service for the full duration, leading to lots of trips to the front desk for things like cups, towels, toiletries, coffee, creamer, etc. Also for a family of 4, we were only provided with 2 towels initially and they were the worlds smallest towels. Upon request we were able to get bigger towels, but there wasn't always someone readily available at the front desk which led to us having to make multiple attempts to fulfill our needs before someone was actually available.
