  : Being located in a ski resort, this condo felt safe and was close to nature. The setting was beautiful.
  : First of all, if a facility does NOT have air conditioning, it should be stated in the description. Secondly if there are NO elevators in a multilevel building, it should definitely be stated. I have had 2 knee replacements and my husband had COPD.

  : Convenient location. Winterplace Condo unit M-202. Would not recommend this particular unit but would definitely stay at Winterplace again if we could get a better unit.
  : Heat control/thermostat didnt work. Big discrepancy in the temperature among the 3 rooms and not able to control it with the thermostat. Also the 2 twin bed mattresses were too hard and very uncomfortable. Very poor water pressure in both showers.

  : The unit was larger than we expected and the appliances were up to date and really exceeded our expectations. The area was very quiet and we were very comfortable.
  : The road to the condo unit and the parking area are dirt and it was uncomfortable riding on a motorcycle.

  : Price was economical. I was there to attend a wedding so I was not interested in some of the amenities of the location. Bed was clean and comfortable although the lodge was quite old.
  : I was at the ski lodge in the summer so there was not air conditioning. Room was warm.

  : its extremely confusing to find the property. The lobby (where you get your keys) is located 15 minute drive from where the property is. there are no signs and no one told us about it, so we were driving in circles for 30 minutes until a security guard stopped us and told us where to go. then the staff at the lobby gave us the wrong address and we had to call security to come get us. Basically it took over an hour to get to the room. The rooms are very outdated, the building is smelly. Its right on the mountain so during winter its great. But off season i found it to be very expensive, confusing and not very nice

  : Kitchenette in room and proximity to our activities.
  : Check in process was inconvenient at best.Our booking, as well as the hotel website, specifically stated that we had access to the pool/spa facilities. We were however given a very difficult time when we tried to use those facilities and were told that because of the building/location we were staying in, we had no pool/spa privileges. The staff at the pool and during check in seemed annoyed at our presence. They then turned friendly just as our interaction with them came to an end.We were instructed to park in a lot about a tenth of a mile from our room, which is no issue at all. However, we were the only guests who parked properly (by only guests I truly mean the only guests; see photo). The other guests in our building parked in either a no parking zone or a loading zone, overnight, for at least two nights straight with no issue, despite the large warning signs stating improperly parked vehicles will be towed. We had trouble loading our vehicle during check out because of all of the vehicles parked overnight in the loading zone.

  : Nice room! Like a small apartment with your own balcony.
  : Check in was a mess! If booking on Booking. Com, know that you have to check in to Jackson Gore Inn which is about 1.5 miles from the address given. And make sure to ask them for the door code to enter the building which they didn't give us when checking in and seemed confused about when I called to ask for it once we got to the building. And parking is a ways away from the building having to carry your luggage up flights of stairs as we didn't see any elevators.. :(

  : The location was great. The Jackson Gore Resort is beautiful! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
