  : The location was perfect, the home was clean and very pleasant and comfortable, would recommend to anyone.
  : We had some trouble with the key box. We didn't understand that the two keys needed were inside the box. We thought that punching in the number would unlock the door. We called the number given but while on the phone realized how it worked. Although we had a good nights sleep we would have like a more firm mattress, it was on the soft side.

  : The WIFI was bad. It's easy to solve this. Just add a WiFi repeater, shouldn't cost much and it will help.

  : Location of unit is great, just a few minutes drive to ski slope with ski slope views out living room window and woods and trees out dining window. It is quiet here, without people coming and going as would be with a larger unit. This is not a 5 star rental, but it is comfortable and spacious. Our parking area and short drive to Main Street were plowed very timely after the snowfalls. Be careful with the steep, narrow (inside) entrance stairs and your pet. We put a barrier at the top so our Yorkie would not venture and fall down them. We liked that the rental co. kept in touch thru texts incase we needed anything.
  : WE booked this unit for 2 wks. Advertising literature stated what was included...cleaning supplies, etc. We were given 4 dishwasher tablets, 1 very small container of dishwashing liquid, and 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper- for 2 wks! When we went to your office to request more of each, person in charge of housekeeping, was not friendly or polite, told us we were responsible to get our own supplies...wow!-very poor customer relations- over a few rolls of toilet paper and a few dishwasher tabs. I became rather loud and she did give us 2 more toilet rolls and a "few" more washer tabs. She is the reason I did not give higher ratings in my review. Please, only advertise what you are truly offering!
