: It hotel was pet friendly and also close by to where I needed to be. That was very beneficial.
: The room had a smell to it that wasnt very pleasant. I made an additional reservation for one night in the same room as soon as I checked in but the reservation was not on file the day of and I was unable to renter my room. Front desk helped me fix this

: Did not appreciate the charge for parking. Not covered no valet parking and property posted that you are not responsible of damage or stolen property, yet a fee of $30.00/day. Fortunately the property compensated me for parking when I mentioned that I was not notified of the parking fee in advance. This amount seems high and obviously just a way for the property to increase cost to customers.

: Heater takes a long time to kick in. Phones dont work. No bottled water, has filtered sink water but no glasses to put the water in.Breakfast was dismal and you have to pay $10 a night for out door parking

: I did not like the table / desk positioned by the bedroom door. I would either remove it from the room or position it somewhere else in the hotel room. There was no makeup mirror. Lastly, I would have like the option of brighter lighting by the full mirror.

: Staff was friendly.
: No maid service. Per agreement every other day was to be provided. We received none, even after repeatedly requesting service. Also window shade broke and we requested repair to be made. Was not repaired during our stay.

: Housekeeping only had to clean one day. They didn't leave any toilet paper, and the room was in more disarray then how we left it. The cardboard box that looks like it's been sitting there for a year by the pool area needs to be picked up.
