  : The front desk GUY was very nice and helpful. The location was central to a lot of places.
  : The room was dirty! Lipstick on towel that was hanging, burns in top bed cover. Stain on sheets and every day when I got in shower my feet were black in tub from the floor. Front Desk lady in morning was rude and didn’t let anyone check in a minute early. Wasn’t even at the desk when another guest and I arrived! Just had a sign that said no check in till 3:00?! Luckily the young man that works there showed up finally and got us checked in and apologized.

  : Location is good; breakfast isn’t offered at this location, didn’t take advantage of the coffee.
  : found a dirty Q-tip in the shelf under the phone, not a big deal, just threw it away myself. Maybe double check before leaving the room

  : The room itself was okay. One of the beds had a mattress protector on it. The shower was nice in one of our rooms.
  : Waited over 30 minutes for staff to show up at the desk and I had my pet in a kennel with me. There was also a line of guests that needed service. We had to remind them that we booked two rooms, then they charged me a different price than what I was quoted. They did not give us rooms next to each other and our family was split up. Someone's dog was constantly barking in the room next door and the walls were thin so you could hear everything. Hot tub looked green and pool looked like it had a film on it. Vending machine (drinks) were nearly all sold out. The toilet wobbled. It was just not a good experience overall. When I went to go get a drink, I even overheard another family that was speaking with the staff start talking about staying somewhere else.

  : The staff was very rude. At first they denied me a room even tho there were few cars in the parking lot I think because my friend traveling with me has a lot of tattoos but as soon as I mentioned I had a reservation the attitude changed. It’s a non smoking facility but were told we aren’t allowed to be outside smoking we needed to go to our rooms.
