  : The home was picture perfectly as advertised..... plenty plenty of room for us.... except no grill as pictured....location location location was awesome we were close to any and everything.....also management was helpful in allowing requests of advertised early check in to happen....
  : My brother had a heart attack and the phone on the property didn’t work.....OMG!!!!!!! Could not call 911..... my cellphone unfortunately called GA who couldn’t transfer me....Luckily my sister is a FL resident so she called 911 and they transferred us over to local dispatch....this took a minute....we were terrified he wasn’t going to make it..... Parking was another inconvenience since not allowed to park in front of the residence. Cars were definitely towed while on visiting... getting into property with one guard was also a hassle....I sat in line for 20 minutes to be waved through upon reach the gate....most properties I’ve been to give a code upon check in to avoid this as long as you have the parking pass....lastly this beautiful home was Infested with roaches and non intimidating raccoons.....we spent the first two days combating these bugs/critters with 4 cans of raid stomping match....and brooms...the raccoons loved the trash and the trunk of my BMW.....as soon as we started cooking the bugs wanted to come out for a visit...inside and outside was the worse we took a videos of the bugs pouring out of the chairs.......my alarm kept going off for the raccoons... we had to get compact trash bags because the hefty bags ended up on the yard and the trash people left it for us to clean.....and my husband parked his SUV by the trash bin to keep them off my car....still a hassle since I had to keep letting him out the driveway with this method.....the property management was super busy due to holiday so took a moment for response....but did send over exterminator but we still saw bugs even upon leaving....house needs to be fogged for it’s skin crawling moments experience.....there are some stools that need to replaced in game room....my 4yr old grand sat arcade game to play and ended up on the floor..... bring rugs for coming from pool to inside the wet from your feet/body and tile floors caused a near concussion from a slip and fall...
