  : Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

  : On arrival the floors wasn't clean probably,also a dead roach was on the floor,and spiders was in the bed in one of the rooms with the queen bed..and spiders were in one of the twin beds also.the blinds kept falling apart in the living room and bedrooms,also the tub had a loud crackling noise everytime you move.the light at the bottom of the stairs was not working,and not enough garbage bags,we had to use the bags from the store to put the garbage in. Also which ever cleaning company they are working with are scammers,I cleaned everything before I left it was cleaner when I left them it was on arrival..who ever went to check the home after we checked out,lied and said we left it very dirty,the cleaning company sent the host a totally different unit saying it is the one I stayed in,I showed the host evidence that it was not my unit and he did not sent my full security deposit back,which makes me think he's working with them also.he said he will investigate and he never got back to me about the situation.if you want your full security deposit back and don't want to be lied on. do not go here they are scammers and liars.

  : Bleeping in the fire control cupboard. Went in for 3 days. Lack of cleaning materials. Tired property needs new carpet.
