: Need to keep laminated copy of instructions on how to work the TV. There were 2 remotes...very confusing. Had to have someone come over to show us how to work it.

: Great location close to Hemmingway museum, Southernmost Point of USA and Duval St.The property was spotlessly clean.
: This is very basic accommodation with very basic facilities. It is much smaller than the average hotel room.The air conditioning was too loud to be run at night.The bed was soft and uncomfortable. It was too small to accommodate two adults comfortably. Finally, when we left our bags at the office, the clerk chose not to make eye contact with us and did not look up from her computer.It did not seem a particularly secure storage for our bags.

: Overall, I had a neutral stay at this Vacasa property. The location was great, and there was more than enough room for my partner and I for our week-long stay.
: There were bugs in the room. I found a few cockroaches and ants, which was a bit of a nuisance. Second, the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was a bit springy(? I guess that is how I might describe it) and I didn't get a very good night's sleep. Finally, the window air conditioner units were quite loud at night. This made it difficult to fall asleep, and since it was so hot out we had them blasting. All these things considered it was very pricy.

: Location was fantastic, very clean
: The couch bed and the queen bed need to be replaced! Roll to center and very noisy if u roll over. Need new ones. Air conditioner in bedroom below knee level and two feet from side of bed, it made the floor under it wet and i had to put towel down. It should be chest high to cool the room,
